Located in the heart of Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region, the Konga Washing Station operates in the SNNP Zone (Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region), specifically within Gedio Zone, Yirgacheffe Woreda, and Konga Kebele. Nestled at a high-altitude range of 1,850–2,000 meters above sea level (masl), this station benefits from ideal coffee-growing conditions, including cool temperatures, volcanic soils, and ample rainfall, which contribute to the slow maturation of coffee cherries and exceptional bean density.
